Hi I wasn’t happy with the Jacuzzi tub. Cold water on the tub would not shut off, leaving the tub itself cold.The carpet was wet as if they wet shampoo it just before I got thereWash my own dishes is unacceptableTaking out the trash is OKThere was no bag for my laundry outside my room, which was for the linen. This is also unacceptable.

Beautiful forest oasis, not super close to Ashland, but an amazing getaway.
Positive: Driving up the twisty roads to get to this place was an exciting adventure - and what a beautiful area once we got there! We didn’t talk to any of the staff, because of the excellent check-in communications and keyless process provided. We went for a really wonderful hike in the morning, and it was lovely all around.
Negative: I do wish there had been a map of some sort of the local hiking trails, or information about whether the water in the room was potable!
